  • ACCOMODATION - SELECTION OF RECOMMENDED HOTELS

    A selection of recommended hotels for ATEE 2011 is presented in the following table. Most of them are within walking distance from the conference venue. The other ones can be reached easily by bus or subway. Preferential reduced prices for the Symposium participants are mentioned hereafter and can be obtained by contacting the Secretariat.

  • TRAVEL AND VISA

    Upon request, the Symposium Organizer will send you a letter of invitation to obtain a visa. Applications for a letter of invitation should be sent to the Symposium Organizer before May 1st, 2011. Applications received after May 1st, 2011, will not be dealt with.
